With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jason Gerrish brings extensive knowledge of commercial construction, project management, renovations and complex multi-trade projects to Lone Tree Construction Services.

Throughout his career, Jason has managed projects from early planning through completion, coordinating owners, property managers, design professionals, trades, schedules, budgets, permitting and field operations. His experience includes commercial, government, civil, multifamily, and major residential construction projects.

Jason founded Lone Tree Construction Services in 2023 as a family- owned company, bringing more than two decades of industry experience into a business built for long-term growth. Working alongside his son, Jacob, he has focused on passing along that experience while building a company centered on responsive communication, practical solutions, and experienced project leadership.

Jason’s approach is rooted in accountability and making sure clients are well represented throughout the construction process. He believes clients should understand what is happening with their project, receive straightforward communication and feel confident that decisions are being made with their best interests in mind. For Jason, a successful project is not simply one that gets completed, it is one that is managed responsibly and leaves the client confident in both the process and the final result.

As Project Manager for Lone Tree Construction Services, Jacob Gerrish oversees the day-to-day execution of projects from scheduling and field coordination through completion. Since joining Lone Tree at its founding in 2023, Jacob has played an integral role in managing projects and keeping the many moving parts of construction organized and progressing.

Jacob works directly with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to coordinate schedules, order materials and supplies, monitor jobsite progress, and address issues as they arise. He also remains hands-0n in the field, assisting with project tasks and site needs when appropriate while maintaining oversight of the overall project. Moving between active jobsites throughout the week, Jacob helps ensure work stays aligned with the established scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Time management, communication, and accountability are central to Jacob’s approach. He understands that successful project management requires anticipating what comes next, keeping trades and materials coordinated, and addressing potential issues before they affect the overall project. Working closely with Jason and the Lone Tree team, Jacob helps carry each project from planning through completion while maintaining the level of responsiveness and attention clients expect from Lone Tree.
